These Terms govern purchases from Mayflower Bioscience at mayflowerbioscience.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Business / professional use

Products are sold primarily for wholesale, workplace, clinical, correctional, and forensic screening programs. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and your organization’s policies.

Not medical advice

Product information on this site is for general product description only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for laboratory confirmation or professional judgment.

Product labeling

Some products are labeled Forensic Use Only (or similar). Where that designation applies, the product is intended for non-clinical / forensic screening programs and is not marketed as FDA-cleared or CLIA-waived unless explicitly stated with supporting documentation. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Orders & acceptance

• An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (e.g. stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
• Minimum order quantities (typically 25 cups per product) apply as shown on product pages.
• Prices are in USD and may change; the price at checkout controls.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout via the available methods (including Stripe card payments and supported wallets). Title and risk pass according to our shipping terms once the carrier has the parcel.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayflower Bioscience is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Screening devices provide preliminary results; confirmatory laboratory testing may be required for legal or employment decisions.

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all descriptions are complete or error-free. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
