Returns & Refunds

Mayflower Bioscience wants wholesale buyers to receive products that match their order. Please read this policy before returning an item.

Return window

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Opened diagnostic / drug-test kits cannot be returned for hygiene and integrity reasons.
• Products that have been used, damaged by the buyer, or missing components are not eligible.

Defective or wrong items

If we sent the wrong product or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund. In those cases we cover return shipping.

Who pays return shipping

• Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind or unwanted unused products.
• We pay return shipping when the product is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g. the card used with Stripe).
• Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer after we process the return.
• Shipping charges are only refunded when we are at fault.

How to start a return

Email sales@mayflowerbio.com with your order number, product SKU, and reason. Do not ship items back without a return authorization.
