A 12 panel drug test cup screens for twelve drug classes and metabolites in a single urine collection, combining collection and rapid testing in one integrated device. For professional programs — workplace testing, occupational health, clinics, and forensic programs — the 12 panel cup is the most widely used multi-panel configuration because it covers the classic workplace analytes plus emerging risks like fentanyl and recent alcohol use. Compare the full range of multi-panel drug test cups before you order. MayFlower Bioscience supplies 12 panel cups in two professional configurations: an alcohol-and-fentanyl expanded configuration and a CLIA-waived PCP configuration. 12 Panel Drug Test Cup with Alcohol, ETG & Fentanyl (120ml)
Expanded detection including ethyl glucuronide (ETG) for recent alcohol use and fentanyl (FEN) — analytes standard opiate screens miss. One-step operation with rapid 5-minute results, leak-proof design, and built-in temperature strip for specimen verification. View the 12 panel cup with ETG & fentanyl.
12 Panel Drug Test Cup with PCP | CLIA Waived & FDA Cleared
A CLIA-waived, FDA-cleared configuration detecting phencyclidine (PCP) plus eleven additional commonly abused drugs. Built for regulated clinical and workplace environments, with integrated temperature strip and secure leak-resistant lid. View the CLIA-waived 12 panel cup with PCP.
A standard 12 panel configuration covers stimulants (amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine), opioids (opiates/morphine, oxycodone, methadone, buprenorphine), sedatives (benzodiazepines, barbiturates), cannabis (THC), and ecstasy (MDMA) — plus configuration-specific additions such as PCP, fentanyl, or ETG alcohol, depending on the cup. Each panel uses competitive lateral-flow immunoassay at established cutoff levels, with preliminary results in about five minutes.
Choose a CLIA-waived cup for clinical and point-of-care screening where FDA clearance matters. Choose a forensic-use configuration when your program’s policy allows expanded analyte coverage — for example, drug courts, corrections, and probation programs that need ETG alcohol and fentanyl detection alongside classic workplace analytes.
Occupational health and workplace compliance programs; clinical and occupational health screening; staffing agencies; employer HR and safety programs; forensic and pretrial programs. Volume pricing makes the 12 panel cup economical for both single-site clinics and multi-site networks.
MayFlower supplies 12 panel cups with transparent volume tiers — per-cup pricing drops as order size grows, with free US shipping on orders of $500 or more and same-day dispatch from US stock when ordered before the daily cutoff. See wholesale drug test cups.

A 12 panel drug test cup uses the same lateral-flow immunoassay technology as laboratory screening, with preliminary results in about 5 minutes. Accuracy depends on collecting a valid specimen (correct temperature, adequate volume) and observing the read time. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed by a certified laboratory using GC-MS or LC-MS/MS before final decisions are made.
A standard 12 panel cup screens for amphetamines (AMP), barbiturates (BAR), buprenorphine (BUP), benzodiazepines (BZO), cocaine (COC), marijuana (THC), methamphetamine (MET), MDMA, methadone (MTD), opiates (OPI), oxycodone (OXY), and phencyclidine (PCP). Expanded MayFlower configurations add ethyl glucuronide (ETG) for alcohol and a dedicated fentanyl (FEN) panel. Typical cutoffs include THC at 50 ng/mL, cocaine at 300 ng/mL, and amphetamines at 1,000 ng/mL.
Only if the configuration includes a dedicated fentanyl (FEN) panel. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that standard opiate (OPI) immunoassays do not detect. Our 12 panel cup with ETG & fentanyl includes a FEN panel at a 20 ng/mL cutoff, and our fentanyl drug test cups collection explains the options.
Only configurations with an ETG (ethyl glucuronide) panel detect alcohol use. ETG is a direct metabolite of ethanol and remains detectable in urine for up to about 80 hours after drinking — far longer than a breathalyzer. See our ETG alcohol drug test cups for alcohol-focused configurations.
Detection windows vary by substance, dose, and frequency of use. Typical urine windows are: THC 3 days for occasional use and up to 30 days for chronic use, cocaine 2–4 days, amphetamines 2–4 days, opiates 2–3 days, benzodiazepines 3–7 days, PCP 7–14 days, fentanyl 1–3 days, and ETG alcohol up to about 80 hours. Cutoff concentration also affects how long a substance stays above the detection threshold.
CLIA-waived cups are FDA-cleared for use in waived clinical settings such as clinics and point-of-care programs, and must be used according to the manufacturer instructions. Forensic-use only (FUO) cups are intended for criminal justice and testing programs — drug courts, probation, and corrections — where results are presumptive and confirmed by a laboratory when required. MayFlower supplies both types; see the CLIA-waived and forensic-use collections.
Peel the label to view the strips after the sample reaches the test zone. Two lines (control C and test T) mean negative for that drug, even if the test line is faint. One line at C only means a preliminary positive. No control line means the test is invalid and should be repeated with a new cup. Read results at 5 minutes and do not interpret after the manufacturer stated read time.
A fresh urine specimen should read between 90–100 °F (32–38 °C) on the cup temperature strip within about 4 minutes of collection. A reading outside this range can indicate substitution or dilution and the sample should be recollected under program policy. The integrated temperature strip on MayFlower cups makes this specimen-validity check part of every collection.
The 12 panel configuration is the workhorse of professional screening: employers running pre-employment and random workplace programs, occupational health clinics, staffing agencies, pain management practices, and forensic programs. It balances broad analyte coverage with fast, low-cost, on-site results.
Wholesale pricing is tiered by volume — the per-cup price drops as quantity increases, with free shipping on orders $500+ and same-day dispatch on stocked configurations. Store cups at room temperature (2–30 °C), do not freeze, and use before the printed expiration date. See the wholesale drug test cups collection for program ordering details.
